For Venue Partners

A new kind of awareness.

Presence has always been the most valuable thing in a room — and the hardest to capture. Arrived makes it something your venue can see, and monetize.

Here’s how.

What Arrived is to you

Your best guests, known before they arrive.

Arrived is a guest intelligence platform. Before a guest reaches your door, you know they are coming — who they are, whether they have been in before, what they order, what they spend, whether they are local or in from out of town.

Recognition stops depending on which host happens to be working. Your best guests are never the ones who slipped in unnoticed.

And they are not only your guests. Arrived is a network of guests named by venues in every city — so your regulars are received the same way in any Arrived room, and every other room’s are received that way in yours.

A standard for how the best guests are treated, anywhere in the world. It begins in your room.

The Set

The people who move between rooms.

For your best guests, Arrived is a traveling, invitation-only membership — not to any one room, but to the people who move between them. There has always been an invisible network moving through the world’s great cities: the same people, the same rooms.

Arrived is that network made visible. Founders, investors, and tastemakers who travel together — the guests every room wants and few rooms can name.

You name yours, and they carry your room with them. In return, your door receives the named guests of every other room on the network.

It’s the awareness that makes their presence legible to each other — and to you.

Read the Room Technology™

Connection, by presence.

Arrived is the standard. Read the Room Technology™ is the layer that makes your room aware of who is in it — and it is closer to weather than software.

The moment your best guest walks through the door, the room wakes up. It pays attention. It makes introductions. It sends gestures across the room to the people worth knowing. The room simply knows.

The Floor

Where presence becomes visible.

Read the Room Technology™ works invisibly. The Floor is where you see it — one dashboard for the room as it happens. Who's on the way, who's arrived, what's been sent, when your peaks land, and what a member prefers before they ask for it.

The world's best hotels and private clubs have run on guest intelligence like this for years. The Floor brings it to yours.

The Word

Reach them before they arrive.

Presence isn't only something you can see. It's something you can answer. Send word to everyone in the room, to select members, or to the guests still on their way.

Hold the table. Start the drink. Greet someone by name before they've reached the host stand.

Your reservation book tells you who's booked. Arrived tells you who's on their way — reservation or not.

The Membership

Who walks through the door.

You name your own. A guest you nominate is approved on your word — they complete membership and verify identity like anyone else, but no committee sits in judgment of whether they belong. You already decided that. Everyone else reaches your door the same way: named by another room, or referred and reviewed before an invitation goes out. There are no open signups.

Every one of them is identity-verified and holds to Arrived’s Member Standards — how a guest carries themselves in any room they enter under our mark. A guest who cannot meet them does not stay.

So the person at your door was vetted before they got there — by you, or by a room that holds your standard.

Allow Me & Settle In

Hospitality, sent seamlessly.

Allow Me lets one member send a drink to another across your room — the oldest gesture in hospitality, now something your venue can actually monetize.

Settle In does the same for members ordering for themselves. Both from your menu, both at your prices, both settling to your account.

Your service doesn't change. Only the interruption disappears.

The Flow

No new system. One fewer step.

Arrived doesn't need to integrate into your POS.

A member is sent a gesture of hospitality by another member. They choose from your menu, and that order becomes a QR code — scanned by your staff and printed to a dedicated Arrived printer we provide, replacing the spoken order entirely.

Your staff rings it in and fulfills it exactly as always. Funds settle to your account through Stripe. Arrived invoices a monthly commission — we never hold or split your money.

The Ask

What we ask of the room.

First, that the room holds a standard of excellence for the network’s guests wherever they come from. Nothing is comped. Nothing is discounted. What a member is given is recognition on arrival and service that does not need to be asked for.

The door
Where a room runs a door, members are shown in ahead of the general queue. Where it does not, the ask is only that they are known on arrival — greeted by name rather than processed. The Floor names them before they reach the front, and every member carries a named Arrived card.
The bar
A member’s first drink, or a gesture of hospitality sent to them by another member, should not get lost behind a full bar. One server circulating is usually enough — the point is that the drink arrives while the moment is still the moment.

A lane, not a comp — the same courtesy an airport extends to travelers already cleared. And it runs both ways: every room on the network extends it to your guests, exactly as you extend it to theirs.

The Ask

The list, and the standard.

The menu
Arrived displays your full menu, at your prices, exactly as it stands. Nothing to rebuild. If you want to, you can add a few premium offerings for Arrived alone — a reserve pour, a specialty cocktail, something from the kitchen late. Optional, and in front of a table that expects it.
The standard
Every Arrived member treated as one of your own regulars — the same welcome on an ordinary Tuesday as on a takeover night. This is the pledge each partner makes to every other partner’s guests.

Your door stays yours — house rules apply, and the room always decides.

The Economics

What a partnership pays.

In your first months, nothing is invoiced — what the room earns is yours to keep. Gestures of hospitality that did not exist as revenue before, and guests arriving from other rooms in the Arrived Collection. The numbers below are what we estimate a room earns as part of the Collection.

$9K–26K
Monthly foot-traffic revenue as the first rooms come online and members begin crossing between them.
4–8 members × $100–150 × 22 nights
Typical SF premium venue — $100–150+ per guest
$26K–66K
Where it lands once the city fills — your regulars plus every other room’s.
12–20 members × $100–150 × 22 nights
+ $1K–13K
Allow Me & Settle In gestures on top — drinks sent and ordered through the app.
~1–10 gestures/night × $45–60 × 22 nights
Assumes roughly 1 in 3 members sends a gesture
$10K–79K
Combined monthly revenue as the room fills.
The Charter Rooms

The rooms that go first.

A network like this is written by the rooms that join before it is finished. The first partners in each city are Charter Rooms — and they hold rights no room that comes later will hold.

Nomination
A standing allocation of members you seat directly, without committee review. Your regulars enter The Set under your name, and travel to every other room carrying it.
The standard
A seat in writing the Member Standards — what the pledge obliges, and what conduct ends a membership. The rules every later room agrees to are written by the first.
The city
Movement across The Set in your city, not only your own floor. Where members go, when the peaks land, how the night distributes. Later partners see their room. Charter Rooms see the map.

Charter Rooms are named for as long as they remain partners. The standing is not sold, and it is not offered twice in the same city.

The Network

On the map, everywhere.

Arrived opens in San Francisco, with founding cities in New York, Los Angeles, and London. The map is built from both directions: venues nominate their regulars, and members nominate the rooms they want brought in. Every room that joins hands its best guests to every other room — and receives theirs in return. Partner early, and you’re on the map from the first city.
